Sadly, there is no official episode where Danny gets his powers. The first episode was "Mystery Meat." However, you do see what happened in "Memory Blank" through several flashbacks and a bit of history repetition.

What happens at the end of Danny phantom?
In the final episode, Phantom Planet, Vlad's space ship in the rings of Saturn explodes, causing an asteroid filled with an anti-ghost element (ectoranium) to move from the rings towards the Earth. Vlad hires new teen ghost fighters with the name of "Masters's Blasters", making Danny believe that Amity Park no longer needs him. He steps back into the ghost portal that originally gave him his powers, turns it on, and removes his powers. When the world finds out about the asteroid (which is called the Disasteroid), the astronomers that notifies us tells the world that they have one week to live before the Disasteroid completely destroys the world. Danny takes action to this and goes into the Ghost Zone with Sam, Jazz and Tucker to see if he can get the ghosts to agree to help him save the planet, but they refuse. The ghosts fire their ectorays at Danny, and only Danny, causing him to regain his powers. Danny's plan to save the world is to turn the Earth intangible, but he needs the help of all the other ghosts to do this. Right before he leaves to go to the Ghost Zone, he reassures Sam that he'll be back by kissing her. Danny gets the ghosts to agree and they turn the entire world intangible with a metal contraption that connects to every corner of the globe. Once the world has been saved, Danny and Sam become an official couple and Danny admits his secret to the entire world. Tucker also becomes the youngest mayor in Amity Park history, because Vlad now lives in the darkness of outer space for admitting his secret and all the things that he has done.
In which Danny Phantom episode does Danny get the most hurt?
One could argue that the answer is "Reign Storm," because he's near death at the end from using the Fenton suit, his dad invented. Another option is "Bitter Reunions." Vlad knocks him out cold, he gets electrocuted twice, choked, ect. from fighting Vlad. Other options are "Kindred Spirits," "D-stabalized," "Phantom Planet," and "Ultimate Enemy." He could, in theory, jump back into the Ghost Portal (again), but it might do permanent damage to his DNA. This doesn't happen though. Otherwise, the ecto rays are the only way for him to regain his powers.
