Azelf And Uxie - go to the lake near snowpoint and pastoria surf to the middle and you will find a cave go into that cave and you will find uxie/azelf
Mespirit-the lake near twinleaf.. same as uxie/azelf exept mespirit runs away (what a wuss) it then appears on your marking map.. but if you fly to it, it will move someplace else.. i suggest go to Twinleaf then keep goin out then in of it.. until mespirit turns up in the route you are on...

Cresselia- Fulll moon island - same as mespirit
