Where do you find latias in battle frontier?

You need to beat the elite four. After that she can appear anywhere and at anytime. catching her is difficult because she flees on the 1st turn. You will either need a Pokemon with the ability Shadow Tag(Arena Trap won't work on Latias) or one who knows the move Mean Look, or you can just use a master ball. After you have seen her at least once, you can track her down with your pokedex to find her again, although if you use fly, she will move positions.

is this pokemon game your talking about pokemon heart gold? or soul silver just 2 let u know you can get latias by an action replay or by a roaming latias so if you want 1 i have 1 so if i were you i would trade a pokemon or talk to this lady (i forgot the name of the place but once i remember it ill change it okay so u talk to this lady she will tell u that she lost this poke doll so then go to this town ( forgot the name again lol ) so you talk to this guy and he will give you a poke doll that the lady told u and then return to the place where u talked to her and she will give u this coupon and i think if i am not mistaking i think if u levee the building from the guy who gave u the poke doll this owner of latias/latios will say something about then leaving hoenn then walk around in the grass and latias/latios will be there p.s if you want lugia/ho-oh go to pewter city and talk to this guy and he will give u ho-oh / lugias wing feather

After Beating Elite 4, go home to watch TV and somebody will ask is it red or blue pick red for latias. Then go to surf near a place near Sootopolis City and for me it just randomly popped out in the ocean! Use a masteball or you will have no chance of catching it using a pokeball. Iz level 40 i think but mine level 47!!! :) i trained it:)

first to catch latios or latias u need about 6 max repels then since latios/latias is lvl. 40 all your Pokemon in your party have to be lvl. 40 or under cause the max repel repels weaker Pokemon so i caught mine at muaville anywhere where there is grass and the Pokemon are lower than lvl.40 you also need an acro bike and you kee buny hopping in the same spot of grass for about fifteen seconds then u go inside and keep doin the process. also i recomend using master ball. and if your luky you could bfind a shiny latias but those chances are 1 in 1453.anyways that's how i caught my latios and its the perfect proccess it totaly works 110% guarunteed but it may take at least ten minutes.

and there is no best spot but the chances raise if you use sweet scent and hes in the area that's how u know. i never caught him that way. but i also got other invice from other people all over the internent

In Emerald, you need to defeat the Elite 4 and the Champion. Then you need to look at the TV in your house. Then your mum will come up to you and ask you what colour the Pokemon was. Blue for Latios or Red for Latias. Then Latios/as will be roaming Hoenn.

In Sapphire, you need to defeat the Elite 4 and the Champion. The you need to look at the TV in your house. It will say there is a Flying Red Pokemon roaming Hoenn. That would be refering to Latias.

In Ruby, it's the same but with Latios instead.

And that covers the GBA series.
