You can't. There is only one regi in pokemon diamond and pearl, Regigigas. But you have to have the other three before getting him. To get the three regi's you have to find them in either Pokemon Ruby, Saphire, and/ or Emerald and transfer them to Pokemon Diamond/ Pearl.
