Feebas is found Mt. Coronet while fishing with the super rod. It is rare so it might take a while to obtain, because it can only be found in four fishing spots. Which are? A bit more info: Go to Mount Coronet and go to the place in the mountain where you have to use Defog. There will be a giant patch of water. Surf to the top right-hand side corner and use the Old Rod. Fish 5 times and if no Feebas, go to the next patch and do this again. Go left until the end of the Water then down one then right then down one then left like that. Once you find a Feebas, catch it and stay in the same spot. Now start using the Super Rod cos you will only find Carvahna's and Feebas'. Catch as much as you can and you are done :) .
