First of all to get there you need to leave there on a boat from Canalave City,it will take you to Iron Island,then when you walk up the flight of stairs you will see him.Go inside and you will find him waiting for you in the left cave after you walk in.He will be waiting for you so he can join you on your quest for Iron Island.

∙ 12y agoRiley only has one Pokemon in the game...lucario. however if you team up with him in battle zone after elite four he has others. Barry (blonde haired boy , your friend.) Will chose the starter Pokemon that yours is weak to, he obtains Pokemon throught out the game depending on which game.
