Wow, up there you need to know the facts before you hit the ENTER button! Yes Cyrus has a grandpa, it depends though on the game you are playing. Cyrus's grandpa is only in Pokemon Platinum. I can not remember where, but he is in there. Somewhere near the Resort or Survival area after you beat the champion.

there are 3 ways 1:get one by defeating galactic boss Cyrus 2:win the 5 digit lotto number 3:the newspaper guy in salaceon town when he ask`s you to get a Pokemon for the newspaper (or article) you have to get him the Pokemon he ask`s for 99 times in a row cause a masterball has a 99.9% catch rate.it`ll take ages to do it propely but just change the date on the ds settings simple. hope i helped!
