In order for you to get the 'autograph' you have to find/have the 'garlic'
When/If you have the 'garlic' go to the brown cave (not the gray one) and the Pizza man will be in the far west side of the brown "cave" and give him the garlic (action 9) and he will leave. When he leaves, go all the way to the east side and you will (should) find a hut, and inside will be the treasure with the 'autograph.
