The Old Chatau is in the Eterna Forest. Go to the exit near Eterna City, and there will be two cuttable trees. Cut one down and move on forward. There, the house, is the Old Chatau, and you can catch Rotom here.
To catch Rotom, you just have to go to a TV during a certain time (I forgot, I think it ends at 3:00am). If you fail to capture him, just defeat the Elite Four and Cynthia all over again and go back and try again. :) Hope it helped!

if you mean the Pokemon rotom then you'll have to wait till late in the evening then go to the old chatau and go to the room where the TV is then it'll say there is a Pokemon in the TV and then you can catch rotom.I'm not sure because I haven't tried it yet,but you can try and see what happens. i like poo !!!! its yum yumdu wat they said not about the poo bit but bring lots of pokeballs because it is a lvl 25 wich is quit strong at that stage of the game couse it is at the 2nd gym i got it , it is a very gud electric Pokemon at lvl 100 like mein it can kill the hole elite 4 in one with out changin out. hope this has been help.from.sam 221. =]
