Where is the spring path between Veilstone and Pastoria City in Pokemon Platinum?

The way to get to Pastoria City is by going through a building that has two sides then going passed the two kids, go through the building go through all of the grass (bring repels) go through a building that looked like the first, then you are in Pastoria City.

From Solceon town go north, When you reach Cafe Cabin go east when you get to Route 215 go up the stairs, then across bridge, then down the stairs, continue east go up the stairs, then up the stairs again, across the bridge, across the next bridge go down the stairs, use cut on the tree, jump off the little ledge thing, go south a little bit until you see the grass, go up the stairs,down the other stairs, go east through the grass, then countinue east, then go south a little bit, then go west a little, the south a little, then battle the two trainers then ta da go though the building and your in veilstone

Option 1: Go north from Solaceon Town then head east (Solaceon Town --> Route 210 --> Route 215 --> Veilstone City)

Option 2: Go east from Pastoria City then head north through Lake Valor (Pastoria City --> Route 213 --> Lake Valor --> Route 214 --> Veilstone City)
