From here, just keep randomly going from room to room until you find Giratina. (You will also need DeFog.) Giratina is standing in the middle of the room, and face towards Giratina, press A, Giratina will roar, and then you can battle Giratina to capture it. Giratina in Pokemon Pearl will appear at Level 70.
