You have to have seven gym badges, go to mount cornet, the entrance that is nearest to hearthome. Then, climb up the mountain until you get to the spear pillar. You will see team galactic there. battle Mars and jupiter,and then take the portal to the torn world. its a really tricky maze. It's all topsy turvey and EVRYTHING dissapears and reappears. (You even have to use waterfall backwards!) you'll find Cyrus at the end. You battle him, then and then u battle giratina. (Or you can catch giratina) then there will be another portal that leads you somewhere called sendoff springs.
