go to hearthome city. make sure you have a space in your Pokemon. find the Pokemon center in hearthome city. go into the house to the right of it. then talk to the woman in the center of the house. she'll offer you eevee. you must put it into your Pokemon team. that's what the space in your team is for. then do whatever you want with it. train and evolve it, trade it, whatsoever, i don't really care. if you want to catch more than one, i think you have to beat the elite 4, obtain national dex then talk to the owner of the Pokemon mansion. he'll state a Pokemon that you can catch in the trophy garden. sometimes it's eevee, i think.
