The RMS Titanic was constructed in Belfast in what what was then The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland (now the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland). England being a separate country within the UK then and now, she then "traveled" to England to embark passengers in Southampton. On her maiden voyage she also picked up passengers while laying off Cherbourg in the French Republic (République française) and then steamed to waters off Queenstown which is now known as An Cobh in what is today The Republic of Ireland (Eire).
Construction does not count as visiting, so the vessel "visited" two countries, England and France as of 1912, three countries by modern geography.
The Titanic first left port at Southampton, UK, then from Cherbourg, France and then Queenstown (now Cobb), Ireland and was then headed to New York City
