Kinda, in season 1 the boys bust her
There are three episodes of the show in which the boys are "busted". Candance dreams a bust that gets the boys sent to a military school that she has to rescue them from with the help of Jeremy Johnson. The second "busting" of Phineas and Ferb is in the episode where they travel to the future. In that episode Candace asks an older version of Linda Fletcher to go on record as saying "busted" even though she can't punish the young boys that show up in the antique shop. The third is in the Mayor for a Day episode where Candace calls in both parents and a news crew to "bust" the boys but that almost doesn't count because Perry hits the rewind button on Dr. D's excellerator-inator and the word "busted" is never uttered.
