Personally I would watch the very first three films which are now out on DVD. If you liked them then I would advise you not to watch Gundam Seed and Gundam Wing. I would go straight to the latest Gundam TV series, Gundam 00. They are available on Veoh videos with subs( I would advise shinsen subs). They have ended at ep 25 for a while and would continue later on.
