The Hollywood 10 cited the First Amendment in their refusal to answer whether they were or were not communists. They argued that their right to free speech and expression protected them from having to disclose their political beliefs. This refusal was part of their broader resistance against what they viewed as an infringement on civil liberties during the Red Scare. Their stance led to significant legal and professional repercussions in Hollywood.

It's difficult to answer that question as it is not a singular industry. The most "known" part of the industry is "Hollywood" which is centered in Southern California with the major studios, Universal, Warner Bros, Paramount, Twentieth Century Fox, Sony, and MGM."Bollywood" in India is on par with Hollywood. "Nollywood" is Africa's version of Hollywood. There is also a very large industry in Asia (China and Hong Kong). Other regions, such as those in European nations, do produce their own projects, but the English language films are typically rolled into the "Hollywood" arena whether they should be or not.In any case, financial information is notoriously difficult to get accurately as movie studios aren't always forthcoming about the TRUE costs of what it takes to make and market their projects. But, for box-office information broken down into a variety of different ways, you can find it all at http://boxofficemojo.com.Brian DzyakCameraman/Authorwww.realfilmcareer.com
There are ways to search some are internet based, some require pounding the pavement in the Hollywood area (mostly). It depends on the prop..how many were produced for shooting and whether replicas were made. www.sceneitin.com and www.isawitin.net are two sources that perform searches and provide insight into where products from the movies can be purchased.
The real answer is that the vast majority of the movies that have come out of Hollywood were and still are, very much so horrifying. All of the stories - whether I'm unjustly generalising or not- seem to be covered in a clean plastic bubble that won't allow mind expansion above a K-mart level---the industry standard, as such. People have to stop waiting for a good Hollywood movie. There's no such thing. Its about time for people to realise that Hollywood doesn't even produce any cinema. The films that are puked out by Hollywood are nothing to do with cinema. It can mainly be put down to marketing. Why else then- please enlighten me- would films like Date Movie, [any movie about some sort of f*****g wedding] or things like Pearl Harbor or The Mummy 3 etc. etc. exist?!? Because they have a list of faces/ names that are called celebrities who can be made and molded to sell or advertise anything. Largely mediocrity and banality. Their anonymity would assure the end of their money making so they will do anything, won't they?! Anyway, the fact is that Hollywood is where most of the Western World's popular movies come from. So, treat it like anything else adored by the masses and created without creativity in mind... Avoid it. It doesn't exist to me. Hollywood movies do not exist to me. You should try it, its feels a little like liberty. p.s. Yes i know...'who is this guy, who does he think he is...?' etc. If you're worrying about that, you missed the point and will undoubtedly remain stagnant. I don't matter, neither do you. Bye.
depends whether you want to buy or rent and whether you want HD or not

In a deposition, you can assert your Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination, but it is generally not as straightforward as simply saying "I plead the Fifth." Instead, you may need to provide a specific reason for why answering a particular question may incriminate you. The court may then determine whether your refusal to answer is justified.
