There were obviously a number of ships that sank two years after the Titanic, but the most famous one was the Empress of Ireland.

A large two-funnelled liner owned by the Canadian Pacific Steamship Company, she was over half the size of the Titanicand was leaving Quebec for the English city of Liverpool. Travelling down the St. Lawrence River on 29th May, she was accidentally rammed by the Norwegian ice-breaking collier Storstad and sank within about 15 minutes, claiming the lives of 1,012 of her passengers and crew. There were 465 survivors, including her captain, Henry Kendall, although the disaster claimed the lives of actor Henry Irving's son Laurence and his wife, and the explorer Henry Seton Karr. Because she sank less than three months before the outbreak of WW1, this has tended to overshadow the disaster and means that it's not as well remembered as it would otherwise be (although it remains Canada's worst ever peacetime sea tragedy).

Her wreck lies in only 130 ft of water and is easily diveable on, and a number of artefacts have been recovered from the wreck, although Scuba divers who have been down on her have been shocked by the number of skeletons that clog the wreck's interior and warn anyone else who want to visit the wreck that the experience may prove traumatic.

No, the ship in Pixar's Finding Nemo was not the Titanic. The ship in Finding Nemo is the "Sydney Harbour" which is a fictional Australian research vessel.
