MSNBC has been affected by the commitment of parent network NBC to broadcast the Olympics. A number of daytime programs (or "dayside" as they call it) have been pre-empted during the Olympics. Also, several of the anchors and commentators were on vacation. That said, I expect the normal dayside schedule to resume as soon as the Olympics conclude.
