Prussia, Austria, Britain, and Russia joined together to defeat Naploean. Napolean really hurt himself by trying to invade his former ally Russia. (He invaded with 600 thousand troops, came back to France with 10 thousand).

He escaped from Elba where he was exiled, but escaped, and marched into Paris with thousands of followers. He almost succeeded again in his fight to gain European domination. He was totally defeating Britain at Waterloo when Britain's allies from Prussia saved them. The British then sent him to St. Helena where he died.

It took two tries to bring him down, but in the end British and Prussia stopped him for good.
