Im not saying that your idiot but most people even me do that because if you do it on the same turn, it would be complicated so step by step if you want it in the same turn so it explains you clearly 1. use the akimichi pills on choji (don't end the turn yet) 2. then use the heal on him 3. then that when you end the turn. 4. (if you have a lot of chakra, then use your other character skills. im not saying it's not possible.) Do it everytime and it really helps and do a lot of damage without choji damaging.

Sasuke is going to die if he continues they way he is now. He's already reaching past his limit. If he refuses to kill people he hardly knows, I highly doubt he would kill Sakura. Sakura, is completely healthy and may have a chance considering how he is now, but I'm not so sure if I fight will happen. She's losing faith, she needs to know what Danzou's true intentions are. Once she does, she'll be able to tell Kakashi who is the temporary Hokage at the moment, and things will be taken care of. While, after gaining some faith or just by doing it because she can't stand to lose him, Sakura will heal him--Karin can only heal once a day, she's already done so, and Juugo isn't there so Sakura is the only one who can do it.-- But still, no matter what the answer to this is, it's just a theory.
