Barty Crouch Jr.
No. He doesn't exist in the Deathly Hallows book or in any other but the fourth book, Goblet of Fire. In the end of Goblet of Fire he got his soul sucked out by a Dementor but the film doesn't show it or even imply that it would be the case. But still no, the movies haven't altered the books's storylines that crucially so far, it is unlikely they would now. Barty Crouch Jr. will not appear in the last Deathly Hallows movie.
David Tennant does appear in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire as Barty Crouch Jr.
