Garret in Pretty Little Liars is the cop. The one cop that was there when Ian paid the guy to go get the video. The cop that Emily knows. He is not A though. Some people think he is. A was Mona Vanderwheel, she knew all of there secrets from a diary she found outside Maya's new house (ali's old house), until Mona invites Spencer to be A with her and Spencer denies and Mona gets upset and tries to push Spencer Hastings off the cliff. But in the end Mona falls off the cliff and dies. Spencer tells her friends that Mona was A. So they think they are safe now and wont get black mailed anymore. NOT TRUE! Allison has a twin sister named Courtney, no one knew about Courtney. Allison killed Courtney. NO KNOW KNEW! They all thought it was Ali who died.... Ali was mad at the girls from that night, Ali knew about Mona blackmailing the girls from a person known as "A" so when Mona died Ali took over being A. That is what happens.....(:

Garrett is Emily Fields' old neighbor who is now a cop and is trying to see if Hanna, Aria, Spencer, and Emily are guilty and claims he doesn't like going after them. I don't know if he is faking to be nice to Jenna but in the last episode of the series, he is making out with Jenna Cavanaugh (The "A" suspect), so we will find out if he is on Jenna's side or if he is just being nice to her to find out if she is doing anything bad.
