It could be a "no fault" situation. If the driver of a vehicle sees a vehicle that is backing they should exercise caution and either sound their horn (to alert the backing vehicle) and/or they should slow or stop or take similar action to avoid or to prevent an accident. Secondly, the person who is backing should only back up when it is safe to do. This may mean getting out to check for any obstacles at the back or side then proceeding if it is safe to do so. And if necessary, stop again, get out and check again. If the person who is backing up happens to be a person with disabilities and may not be able to quickly and easily get in and out of the vehicle to check for obstacles, then before backing, if you noticed a larger vehicle next to yours that will block your view, then ask another person if they would mind being a momentary guide to assist you while you back out of the parking space. Again, in some areas it could be a no fault situation whereas drivers of both vehicles should take actions and steps to prevent or avoid an accident. In other areas it may be required that fault be assessed. In the case of an accident in this kind of situation it may be best to consult with a lawyer, and if there were any witness to have their name and contact information and to give them yours. It is the responsibility of all drivers to drive safely and defensively.

Where do people park at the Eiffel Tower?

Actually, no. The Eiffel Tower is eriged on a piedestrian park. Roads along it are not equipped with parking places and it is forbidden to park from 9 am to 7 pm. An exception is made in August when parking is free (expected in some very touristic areas). Generaly, it is not easy to park a car in Paris (neither to drive, actually). You have to pay for most of places. And the nearest from touristic spots are very expensive (if you have the chance to get a legal one). It can be more than 3 € per hour and the parking can not exceed two hours. You can be penalized with a 11 € fine fot not paying a parking place, with a 35 € for cumbersome or abusing parking.

What is the location for the fuse that allows the dash lights to come on?

i have been looking for the same answer and connot find it. i have even tried asking ford and they just beat around the bush about wanting to charge a $200 fee too diagnois the problem The fuse is under the hood. It is in a black box under the hood on the drivers side. You most likely will find a blue fuse blown. If the fuses are good you might have the same problem I had. I had a broken wire in the wiring bundle under the hood. The Ford garage found repaired it for around $150.00.

Silly putty was used by astronauts to stop their tools from flying around the spacecraft/shuttle, whilst they were in space. This is because there is no gravity in space, which means that everything will float about the vehicle, and not fall to the floor.

Where to save cars in grand theft auto the lost and the damned?

In The Lost & Damned, Johnny can save vehicles outside the two safehouses he ends up with. However, try saving vehicles on Niko Bellic's parking spaces outside of his safehouses around Liberty City, which feature in GTA IV, and I think you will find that it might work.

Who is at fault if when a vehicle slows to approach a stop sign in a parking lot and is hit on the front passenger door by a car backing up?

In Canada it's the person backing up that would be at fault considering you were slowing down for a stop sign. If you happened to be speeding and came around a corner and hit the person backing out that is a different story.

The disadvantage of backing and turning?

1. You have a much bigger blind spot in back of your vehicle even when backing straight. 2. When turning you have limited visibility of what is around the corner you are backing in to. 3. It's more difficult to keep control of your vehicle when backing than when going forward.

When backing out of a parking space If you check your rearview mirror before you back up and no one is there Are you responsible if you hit a car without its lights on?

Unfortunately, the one trying to back out of a parking space will almost always be at fault. Constant checking for oncoming traffic from a parking spot is the driver's responsibility. One glance each way is not sufficient. As you might expect, the majority of vehicle accidents in parking lots occur when one vehicle is backing up.In some US states, the right-of-way does not always decide culpability, and each driver is expected to avoid collisions wherever "reasonably possible". In other locations, traffic laws do not apply to private property at all.---I always combat this issue by backing into the parking spot wherever I go*. When leaving, I have a 100% clear view of what is around me. It saves lots of time and hassles later on.---Unfortunately some locations prohibit backing in, because of the same issues (visibility of surrounding cars). Check for any posted warnings to avoid a citation.

Whos at fault backing up in a parking lot?

Backing out of a parking spaceThe person backing up is at fault, they have a greater duty the fact that the person is driving on the wrong side makes no difference. the person shoudl of waited to back out. --yes but like all accidents like these, it is circumstantial; if person A is backing out, person B is flying by @ 20+ mph, person A checks everywhere & sees nothing and proceeds to back out. they are then hit by car A who is at fault for 'not able to control his/her vehicle'. if both are going proper speeds & it is just a bump, it is definitely A's fault, cuz B has the right of way
