Nearly all humans that live in the desert today live in, or near, towns where stores, markets and restaurants are found. Food is generally not a problem.
Considering that the vast majority (99.99%) of people residing in the desert live in cities and towns, they usually have a choice of nearly any type of food they wish at local markets, stores and restaurants.
Most grocery stores and dicount food outlets do take EBT or foodstamps. However major supplier stores like Costco and the like do not.
NO, costcos does not accept food stamps. Sam's club, and other smaller food stores to though.
Small food storage containers can be purchased at most local retail stores, such as Walmart, Target, Costco, etc. They can even be found at local dollar or drug stores (Walgreens, CVS), and in online stores (Amazon and Ebay).
Costco locations in New Jersey accept food stamps, which are officially known as SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits. However, it's important to note that Costco requires a membership to shop at their stores. Customers can use their EBT cards to purchase eligible food items in-store, but membership fees cannot be paid with food stamps. It's advisable to check with your local Costco for specific policies and procedures regarding SNAP usage.

because they are a bulk store meaning all the food they use in their food courts they got half price or more so then meaning they can sell it for less, with the amount of people in Costco its a sustainable price considering the amount of food consumed in the food courts. If you're referring to basic foods you purchase in Costco, not food court items, yes the principle is the same. However, Costco purchases items in bulk in the effort to get products to you (the consumer) at the lowest price possible. If that particular product is not available at a decent/bulk low price, Costco will often discontinue the item until it becomes more affordable for the member.
