In the Final Arc, Unohana fought with Zaraki to the death to awaken his power. and in their final clash Unohana using bankai against Base Zaraki awakened 100% power without shikai or Bankai easily defeated Unohana in which it was stated that Unohana was stronger than anybody else except Zaraki in which she said so himself and as a proof Zaraki easily defeated her at ease and in which at the time of Unohana's death Zaraki's Bankai awakens with his power and it starts to speak. It was proven that Zaraki unconsciously weakened himself and sealed his own power to the extent that he was actually using a very small portion and in which it can't even be compared to his full power, which it shows how powerful he really is and how scared was yamamoto when training him. Therefore, Zaraki Kenpachi Fully awakened is Accurately more powerful than Yamamoto and might even be more powerful than Aizen and in which it shows how great his full potential is and in the series he might turn up to be the strongest if not next to Ichigo but right now it seems that he's more powerful than Ichigo at the awakened state.
