Therefore, Zaraki Kenpachi Fully awakened is Accurately more powerful than Yamamoto and might even be more powerful than Aizen and in which it shows how great his full potential is and in the series he might turn up to be the strongest if not next to Ichigo but right now it seems that he's more powerful than Ichigo at the awakened state. With this ZARAKI KENPACHI IS STRONGER/MORE POWERFUL THAN GENRYUUSAI YAMAMOTO and YAMAMOTO is DEAD!

I'd say Head Captain Yamamoto's. If we'd have seen Aizen's, his may have surpassed Yamamoto's. Seeing as it's Shikai form was enough to fool him. Ichigo's is pretty powerful, but then that's mainly because he combines it with his Hollowfication. Even then, it doesn't surpass Yamamoto's. Once Hitsugaya's and his Zanpakuto have matured, he may be able to surpass Yamamoto. He is also often called a 'prodigy'.

The other soul reaper captain's power is really nothing compared to Ichigo's power. He was the one who could only take Aizen down. He did not kill Aizen, but he did weaken his powers so that he could be sealed off. And also, Ichigo was the one who defeated Kenpachi, known as the "strongest" besides the head captain, Yamamoto. And also, if you think about it, Yamamoto (head captain) could not defeat Aizen or even get him weakened enough for him to get sealed off.
