Leave on for 15 to 30 minutes, rinse out, and voila, white hair. (At first it may look a bit lilac if you have left it on too long, but the product washes out over time.) It is a great substitute for a toner, and I have used it myself before, along with many other Manic Panic colors. Truly a great product. You did somethig wrong , two things you needed to do,#1 wash your hair and wait 24hrs berfore bleaching, #2 wash your hair after you bleach at least twice to get the all the bleach out.your hair should be pale yellow and then apply the toner. you must leave the toner on more than 30min. to get the maximum effect , I leave it on more than 45min. its the toner that makes your hair white ,not the bleach. follow the directions on the box and you cant go wrong .
