Matt Bennett does the puppeteer work but Jake Farrow the writer of Victorious and iCarly does the voice of Rex. You might see Robbie's (Matt Bennett) lips moving when Rex talks, but that is just to make the viewers think that Robbie does Rex's voice. They do this to make it more realistic. He doesn't get credit for voicing Rex. He gets credit for writing scripts.
