Her name was shown in the episode. English actress Carey Mulligan. She was nominated for a "Best Actress" Oscar for her role in 2009's "An Education".
According to an interview with creator Seth MacFarlane, Stewie's sexuality is left ambiguous. As for Brian, he has had several female companions over the years, so I highly doubt that he is gay.
This is a rather arbitrary question. It depends how you want to define "too much".For instance, take Season 10 so far, in 'Screams Of Silence' I recall Brian having one line, and don't even remember Stewie in it.In 'Seahorse Seashell Party' they had the B story, the episode mainly focused on Meg, Peter & Lois.In 'Lottery Fever' they weren't the main focus of the episode. In some Season 9 episodes, while a couple had Brian & Stewie main stories there were plenty of episodes where one or both weren't focused on or even featured at all, in 'The Hand That Rocks the Wheelchair' they were the B story, 'Foreign Affairs' (neither of them), 'Tiegs for Two'(very little Stewie), 'Excellence in Broadcasting'(little Stewie), 'German Guy' (Brian had 2 lines Stewie none), 'Welcome Back Carter' (very little Brian & Stewie didn't even appear)...I could go on, but I would say No, they aren't getting too much attention.
Seth has said that everyone is able to fully understand Stewie, but everyone treats him as the one year old child he is. For instance, Stewie recognizing himself as a balloon in the Macy's Thanksgiving parade and Lois simply humors him saying to Peter, he's a baby and he sees another baby on TV.Obviously Brian (& the few scenes with Jasper) and other babies fully understand and communicate with him regardless of the scene. He's not taken seriously unless the scene requires the other characters to do so.In several episodes, including the one where the family goes into the safe room, away from the robbers and the one where Brian, Peter, and Stewie are in the bathroom, episode unknown, both Lois and Peter talk to Stewie.Lois (to Peter): I, I have to agree with Stewie, Peter.Peter (to Stewie): Oh, I don't think so Stewie. In the above example, it may have been a gesture or physical/facial reaction that made Peter or Lois respond in this way.Chris asks Stewie directly about the Ewok joke he told.In the episode when Cleavland and Loretta break up and Stewie and Brian go to talk to her. BEFORE they knock on there door they have a private conversation as if they are off the set. In this conversation the mystery is revealed;Stewie: "is lorretta one of the characters that can understand me?"Brian: "you know i think she's close enough to the main characters to understand the jist of what your saying.."guy 1 (off camera): "Were rolling!!"Stewie: "oh right right right right right."*rings door bell*Stewie: says something about how glens crushed blah blahLoretta(TO STEWIE): "you know stewie i only really hear the jist of what your saying" - The end.All of the family hear Stewie to some degree; most do not fully comprehend what he actually says and treat him as if he was burbling in babytalk.
Yes; little Stewie is in fact gay for everyone (if that makes sense). Seth McFarlane said in a recent interview that Stewie is definitely homosexual.----Maybe this can help:Seth MacFarlane said:"We decided it's better to keep it vague, which makes more sense because he's a 1-year-old. Ultimately, Stewie will be gay or a very unhappy repressed heterosexual [which still means he's homosexual]. It also explains why he's so hellbent on killing and taking over the world: He has a lot of aggression, which comes from confusion and uncertainty about his orientation."And he told The Advocate:"He originally began as this diabolical villain, but then we delved into the idea of his confused sexuality. We all feel that Stewie is almost certainly gay, and he's in the process of figuring it out for himself. We haven't ever really locked into it because we get a lot of good jokes from both sides, but we treat him oftentimes as if we were writing a gay character."
Quoting Seth MacFarlane:"We decided it's better to keep it vague, which makes more sense because he's a 1-year-old. If the scene requires him to like guys than he likes guys if he needs to be interested in girls than he is.
It's called 'No Meals on Wheels' (UK Season 7/US Season 5). Brian: Alright, so we roll the dice and then we both have to yell "Yahtzee" really loud.Stewie: At the same time?Brian: Yeah and you have to flap your wrists like this. (Flaps wrists flamboyantly)Stewie: And you'll do it too?Brian: Of course, that's how it's done.Stewie: Okay.Brian: Alright, ready?Stewie: Okay, you going to do it with me?Brian: Oh yeah. (Throws dice)Stewie: (yelling and flapping wrists flamboyantly)Yahtzee!Brian: Gay.Stewie: You suck!

He has four. Chris, Megan, Stewie and Bertram (deceased).

There's no such episode where Lois does it in front of both Meg & Peter. She is however, caught kissing Meg's boyfriend in Go Stewie Go
In the episode 'The Courtship of Stewie's Father' (UK Season 5/US Season 4), Brian sings it to Peter in an attempt to cheer him up, but the orginial 'It's Peanut Butter Jelly Time' was sung by a dancing banana. You can watch the original flash cartoon version here: http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/flash/banana.php. You can watch the Family Guy version on Youtube by typing 'family guy peanut butter jelly time'. then when stewie was traveling back in time. stewie went back in time where brian sang the banana song. then sang it t peter instead of brian.
Brian in French is spelled "Brian," as the name remains the same in both languages.
