Seeing as how the above answer is inappropriate, I will answer my own question (Since I had been looking for the spelling of the name)
The last bount to survive, the leader, was Jin Kariya. During the fight with Kurosaki Ichigo, the two ran at each other. Ichigo was unhurt, however, Kariya was. After talking to Ichigo, he started to fade away.
