Yes, Chuck loves Blair. He first admits to this in the last episode of Season 2. There are numerous moments where he says that he loves Blair, but his behavior towards her truly proves it. He loves her so much that he tells her that even though she's pregnant with Louis's child, he will love that child as much as he loves her.

Because they have history and they get each other. They can comfert each othere like no one else, purely because they get each other so well. Because NO MATTER WHAT, they always find themselves drawn to one another. There minds think the same ways and because of that, they work extremly well together. They have been trough a lot together, and that binds them closer together even if neither of them want to be closer.
Theres a whole lot more, but im not gona say it. Why? 2 reasond. 1 because you should really know these things yourself and 2 because it 3 friken 30 on a school night and i have spent the past 2 hours looking up chuck and Blair best moments on YouTube.

I can't remember everything, but I believe that nobody actually ends up together. Every relationship was broken in this episode.. Dan got Georgina pregnant, Chuck sleeps with Jenny so Blair leaves him. Serena and Nate don't work out because of a photo posted to Gossip Girl by Jenny of Serena laying down in bed beside Dan. What happens with Blair and danin Gossip Girl?
In the earlier seasons of Gossip Girl, Dan and Blair only associate because of their mutual friend Serena. They have a mutual dislike for each other (Dan thinks Blair is superficial and mean, Blair thinks Dan is gross, poor, and boring). Occasionally we see them scheme together to help one of their friends out. In later seasons, during one of the summer holidays, Dan and Blair are 'abandoned' by all their friends and the only ones left in New York. They begin to forge a friendship based on shared movie and intellectual interests. I'm currently at episode 11 of Season 5, and so far I highly doubt Blair and Dan will be a couple. It's about halfway through the season, and Blair is preoccupied with wedding preparations. The major plot line of Gossip Girl is her decision to stay with Prince Louis or call of the engagement and go back to Chuck Bass. And, Dan was going to reveal his feelings to her, but realized that she only could be truly happy with Chuck. He ultimately wants her happiness, so he tried to get them back together earlier in the season.
