No, the dvd/blu-ray sets have been discontinued after the season 17 set however, Al Jean said they will still do commentaries on the episodes so it they make it to Season 24, they will be available online at Simpsons World dot com. You can't because Seasons 16, 17, 18 & 19 aren't out on DVD yet.You can get Season 20 because FOX decided to cash in on The Simpsons 20th anniversary by releasing a bare bones DVD and Bluray.Season 16 should be released near the end of 2013 if FOX follows the same pattern of releases they have for the last few years.
