The builders of the Titanic never actually said that the Ship was 'unsinkable'.
It was just people's interpretations of the articles written about it.
Quite simply, any ship can sink really. There is no such thing as 'unsinkable' :)
too many compartment's filled up with water, it was only able to have four compartment's full and no more.
First what somebody says about something does not effect what happens to it and second nobody said Titanic was unsinkable until after Titanic sank. The closest anybody came to saying it was unsinkable was in an advertisement for Titanic where it said Titanic is as unsinkable as is reasonable possible.
the captain ignored all of the ice warnings
Because they thought the Titanic was truly unsinkable.
Titanic passengers had been told by the White Star Line that the ship was unsinkable, when in reality that was a lie.
it wasnt it actually was considered unsinkable a person did predict that the titanic is going to sink. a ship called the titan sink 14 years earlier In the shipping journals of the day Titanic was described as virtually unsinkable but the press felt that unsinkable sounded so much better. The number of lifeboats provided was also considered since in the event of a major disaster there would be other ships nearby and the lifeboats would merely provide a shuttle service transferring passengers and crew to safety. This does seem to indicate that the White Star Line might not be certain of her unsinkable status.

the titanic is thought to be unsinkable because of the high tecnology she had. i don't think that this was fair to have stated "not even god could sink this ship" becuz that ain't true
Titanic passengers had been told by the White Star Line that the ship was unsinkable, when in reality that was a lie.
I think they thought it was unsinkable because it was so huge and they probably thought it was imposible to sink something so big.
