We as Americans do not know a lot about Africa because of many reasons, one being that the government in Africa owns most of the newspapers and will not allow many American reporters to report in Africa or about Africa, the information is censored by there government, they do not want anything horriable going out to the states about the African governments. i hope this helps you (;
