When my parents got divorced, I sided with each of them at different times; I would be mad at my mother one day, and mad at my father the next. They may be feeling like their mother is abandoning or ignoring them, or they may just be angry about the divorce. All I can say is that in a few months, they'll probably want to alienate the father.
