check your cig lighters for change stuck inside. That is the most common cause for fuses blowing. If that's not the problem, you have a short somewhere and the car should be taken directly to the dealer if you have a warranty. If you don't have a warranty you should take the car car to your local car stereo shop, not a best buy but a specialty store!! theyll be able to help
Locks in any canal serve to raise or lower a ship to the level of the water in the next segment of the canal so it may continue through. They are used when an elevation change is too severe for a natural navigable waterway to exist.
The cigar lighter actually uses the locks fuse underneath the dash.
bad fuse, loose or disconnected wire, bad cigar lighter base. Try replacing the 20 amp fuse marked "locks" in the inside fuse panel located on the passengers side.

FUSE PANEL LOCATED CENTER CONSOLE PASSENGER SIDE, 20 AMP FUSE FOR DOOR LOCKS IS SAME FOR CIGARETTE LIGHTER ON 1996 SL2 (1997 model has a separate 20 amp fuse just for the cigarette lighter); fuse diagram and a fuse puller are on the inside of the plastic panel covering the passenger footwell side of that front center console

you need to put a solenoid in-line with the linkage that operates your vertical or horizontal locking button or flip lock.
the fuse you need to change is located in the fuse panel on the passenger side of the front console inside the cabin. It pulls off and the fuse you need to change is named "locks" down near the bottom right of the panel.
please I have a 1998 Saturn coupe SC 2 both power door locks out the same time 3 weeks ago. Is the fuse box for door locks under the hood or in the auto. next question could it be the switch on the door behind the lock itself, but why both out the same time? thank you very much.
You may have a dragging pulley or clutch plate that locks up when the rpm's increase
It is the same fuse labeled for the door locks, "DR UNLK"
