How do you to tell what fuses are what on a 94 Saturn coupe or which fuse is for the cigarette lighter?

I located mine in the fuse block on the right side of the center console panel. It was the 20 amp fuse (same as the one for the power door locks) This was for the cig lighter This info is for the 93 SL2 model auto
