That sounds like internal damage or a short circuit of some kind. The DS probably needs to be disassembled and checked for obvious faults. The problem with that is that the DS is pretty intricate inside and very easy to break. You'll also need a tri-wing screwdriver just to open it. They can be ordered online, but are hard to come by in hardware stores. It looks similar to a standard phillips, but has three wings instead of four. If it's still under warranty, contact Nintendo. If you open it up, it wont be under warranty anymore.
With the radio turned off, push the set button. The scan button changes the hours and the seek button changes the minutes.

It's 'shut up'.
I had this happen before and I fixed it myself. Get in your Pathfinder and CLOSE the door. Turn the key on one click to accessory mode so that all of the other lights on the dash are on but do not start the car. Now open your door and push the the button inside your door jamb that turns your interior light on 7 times. Close your door and then turn your key off. Now start the Pathfinder...it should be off. If not, repeat this series a couple of times and it will go off. I have had theis happen twice and this is the correct way to fix the problem.
AnswerI had this problem on my '98 Plymouth Breeze. You can pull the fuse/relay and it will stop the horn but the problem is a short located on the airbag/horn button on the steering column. The airbag has plastic washers that wear out over time and allows the short to occur. The fix is to disconnect the battery, pull the airbag off and replace the plastic washers. BE VERY CAREFUL SINCE AN AIRBAG IS LIKE A MINI EXPLOSIVE DEVICE.
Push the red button.
Push the button on the left side of the dash.
push the lock button on your key fob then the unlock button
It depends on what the button does , In my cases it was an emergency switch to shut off the electricity to the shop equipment or a emergency shut off switch to shut off the natural gas to the outlets used for the bunson burners in the lab
push the button down

In trucks it's in the kick panel. Cars in the trunk. Push the button.
