With key in "on" position, but pickup not started, press the "SET" button and the "channel up" button (aka "TUNE +"). "SET" appears in radio window. Now the "SEEK" button will increment hours and the "SCAN" button will increment minutes. My plain am/fm radio is set by: key on or engine running and radio off, push up or down buttons to the right of the "audio" control button (where you would adjust the bass, treble, etc.) Hold down one of the up/down arrow buttons for a couple or three seconds, right arrow for minutes, left arrow for hours.

The time and day will appear along with a menu that says Hr, Min etc. Push the button under the menu header you want.
