Why is the 4th sometimes called minato and other times yondaime?

Namikaze Minato is his actual name, while Yondaime refers to his status as the Fourth Hokage ("Yondaime" means something like the fourth generation leader of a group). "Yondaime" is still a popular way to refer to him because his name was unknown to readers for so long, but also many people didn't realise it was a title and used it as if it were a name.

Who would win Minato Namikaze from Naruto or head captain of bleach taking into account that Minato can see him?
I think they are the same because minato (naruto father) can keep madara to the ground and the head captain makes fire but minato can disaby the fire head for him but he might have other captains for defending so I don't know yet but if anybody finds out and type it in I hope they are right

minato namikaze is the fourth hokage. Minato Namikaze is the fourth Hokage and also the one who sealed the nine-tailed demon fox in his own newborn son, Uzumaki Naruto. You may notice Naruto doesn't have his father's last name, he has his mother's, Uzumaki Kushina, a kunoichi from the former whirlpool village. they are both confirmed dead.

Why there was two Hokages in one time I am talking about the 3th and 4th Hokages in naruto?
[SPOILER ALERT] *THIS ANSWER RUINED HALF OF NARUTO FOR ME!!! SO ANNOYING* the 3rd hokage was getting old , he thought he was going to die soon , so he appointed naruto's father to be the 4th hokage so he could take over right after the 3rd died. Until the 4th hokage worked with the 3rd hokage. When the Nine tailed fox attacked their village the 3rd wasnt strong enough to beat the nine tailed fox but the 4th hokage was so he went and fought the Nine tailes. He couldn't beat it either so he used a jutsu which sealed himself(4th hokage) and the nine tailes inside a baby boy(Naruto) So the 4th is actually still alive. The 3rd and the 4th worked together but the 4th got defeated before the 3rd did. Does that answer our question?

However, now that he has been dead and gone for some time now, other ninja have had the chance to grow and progress in their skills. Madara is now stronger then Minato because he gained the rinnegan. When Naruto's mom was telling him about his fathers death she showed that Minato beat Madara, but then the nine tailed fox got involed resulting in Minato's death. So before Madara got his rinnegan Minato was stronger.
