assuming you have water in the radiator and it is not frozen and the electric fans are coming on - then you have a stuck thermostat. Replace it. Drain your coolant and flush the system, replace the thermostat and fill with 50/50 coolant and water.Also check the drained coolant for signs of contaminates like gas or oil, you may need a head gasket.

my 1997 cadillac deville also runs at 205-220 and it hasn't overheated yet,but you should also know that the cooling fans don't even kick on until the engine temp reaches 222 degrees>>just to let you know. I'm not sure but mine runs between 206 and 219 and seems to be okay with it.
