Hi! I had several problems with my Action Replay as well. The first thing I am going to say is to check the FAQ at their website. They give fairly concise answers.
Now, you need to load the AR disc on your computer first. It has many games but, for now, don't worry about that. The next thing you need to do is hook the USB cable to your DS Lite. Next, turn on the DS Lite. You will see your computer saying it found new hardware and is installing the drivers for the hardware. Next you will see that the drivers have been installed and your hardware is ready to use. After that, go to Codejunkies dot com (use .com) and follow the steps there to get yourself up and running. I hope this helped.
Oh, and send them an e-mail if you have any problems at all. They take a while to respond via e-mail but their directions and/or instructions are great. One of them they sent me because I was having problems was so good I wrote back and told them it should be a part of the FAQ on their "Issues" page!
Boldore should evovle by trading, but if it doesnt then it might be hacked.

Make sure the connectors are fully plugged in if that doesnt work then it is probably time for a new monitor.

They are used in circuits and devices commonly (eg.the computer and TV) they slow the amount of electrons going through so that if you are plugged into the mains and have a light bulb that is small, the resistor would be put in place to the device eg.the light bulb doesnt burn out.
its probably broken or not plugged in
When a computer is plugged in it usually comes on right away to show you that everything is connected correctly. If it doesnt come on than you could have an electrical problem where not enough voltage is reaching the power supply.
putting it on carpet or leaving it plugged in to outlet power with the battery in it(laptops) clear out unneccesary programs and e-mail and documents to make sure it doesnt run as slow
It only shows that it is plugged in because it's telling you that it's plugged in all the way because sometimes people don't plug it in all the way.
Only if you transfer an infected file to the un-infected computer is it possible, or if you have an open connection where the infected computer may send (without permission) code, or files -like SQL injectors-. One other way is if you have a connection where you're connected to a server through the other computer that lets the infected computer 'ping' (another way of sending code to comfirm connection status).
it doesnt :)
it.... doesnt
