It is too hot for it to snow. (except on Mt. Kilimanjaro)
Most places in Africa don't get snow because it is too warm for the rain to turn into snow. There are a few places in Africa that do receive snow though. One example is Mt. Kilmanjaro.

Even though Mount Kilimanjaro is in the tropics of Africa, snow forms on it because of the high altitude the cap is in. The ice on the cap can be as thick as 40 meters.
Yes, it does snow in South Africa. Every winter, the mountain ranges experience snow particularly on the higher peaks. Its snows in Ceres in the Western Cape and in the Drakensburg mountains in KwaZulu Natal amongst others. It is extremely rare for the major cities and towns to experiences snow and it melts as soon as it reaches the ground. Frost in winter is very common however.
That is not at all true. You will find snow in the south temperate regions (and regions farther south) of Africa, South America, Antarctica and Australia, and possibly other parts of the south as well. It also snows in the oceans far south enough for snow to form.
an African savanna has a fairly stable climate. there is a dry season from December to February where hardly any rain falls and the temperature stays between 68 and 78 degrees F. During the tropical or wet season there is lots of rainfall and the temperature is between 78 and 86 degrees F.
There's no snow in Africa. It is the equatorial region of the planet where there is no snow.
Snow is indeed found near the equator in Africa. Snow can be found on Mount Kilimanjaro in the nation of Tanzania near the equator.
