it was not the picture in India before lord makalay came to india. he roamed to search strength of indian culture and wisdom lying in people, He reported it to british parliament that "i could not find any begger, poor, illetrtae. person, Indians are very talented and masters of their art and far ahead of us". he passed order to ban medical science, architecture, mathmetical libraries and passed order that in british campny area no one will practice their own skill and will not tell it to any one and only british system of education will be followed. in a single day he closed more than 100 medical colleges in south india only. he applied the education system which produces only clerks to obey british.
Even after freedom, our governments continued with that system of education to keep hold on indians and keep them as their slaves. the indian education system need to be applied, but who will do that? all govt. wish to make people only vote bank, which is not able to think and be slaves only. hope you know now, why education status is poor in at least in indian subcontinent

Third world countries are calle third world countries because they ar very poor. I am sure that the people would love to be able to provide their families with the medical care and health management that other countries have but they would simply not be able to afford it! Some charities raise money to give proper health care to third world countries such as India and Africa.
