∙ 11y agoCall the customer help line. If you are still under warranty, they should fix it free of charge. If you are not under warranty, you will have to pay them to repair your ps3. You can even look on eBay or Google for spare bluray parts and fix it yourself.
Theres probably something wrong with your disk drive and your ps3 is dodgy.
