You could use a globe. In the Northern Hemisphere,it could be summer. In the Southern Hemisphere, it could be winter. The seasonsare caused by Earth's tilt which is on a 23 1/3 degree angle. The sun's rays are hitting one hemisphere, while the other hemisphere is getting less concentrated rays. For example, get a cardboard and a flashlight. Shine the flashlight directly in the middle of the board. Observe. Then, tilt the board and shine the flashlight at an angle. There would be a difference.
