Yes it should work. Vice versa as well.
The PlayStation 3 wireless controller will still work even if it isn't charging when connected via the USB cable. It will not delay the charging time at all to use the controller while it is charging using the charging cable and should be fully charged within 2 hours for the Dual Shock 3 controller. If the controller will not take charge, it will eventually stop working .
no the Dual Shock 3 controller is Bluetooth and the PS2 does not have Bluetooth, although it would still not work for other reasons
1.Charged by the transmitter 2. Charged by USB cable included (have light indicator - light will on when charging 3. Charging time: 30-35 minutes
The only way that older Playstation 2 dual shock controllers will function with a Playstation 3 unit is through the use of a Usb controller adapter cord which allows the controller to be plugged in through the units Usb port and used.
To register your Sixaxis/DualShock 3 PlayStation 3 controller with your PlayStation 3 system after it has been used with another system, simply connect it to the PS3 with a USB cable and press the PS button on the controller to sync it. Your controller will now work again.
Your external USB 3 HDD may work on your old laptop which only has USB 2. Most of the USB 3 will work on a USB 2 if you have the proper speed cable. It will only operate at the 2.0 speed, however.
I don't think so. I have a regular Kindle and a Kindle Fire and the USB cable on the regular Kindle does not work with the Kindle Fire. But I think a USB cable shared between two regular Kindles might work.
it doesnt work with usb(computer hookup) but it does charge in a plugin, extreeeemly slooowwww.(so approx 2-3 days to charge!
The minimum length available for a micro usb cable is 3 mm. The micro usb cable is considered to be far more durable that the mini usb cable. You can purchase a micro usb cable at Staples.
1) connect to computer via USB cable. 2) Download the program Analog Lab. 3) Enjoy playing on your computer.
Mine, A red controller that came from Sony USA with the God of War games as a bundle and that currently fails to charge does not work when using the USB to provide power. Since I have many other controllers and multiple USB cables I have confirmed it is not the cable. The PlayStation 3 wireless controller may not work via the USB connection when it fails to charge because the USB cable might be faulty.

there could be several things wrong here...1. check to see if there is anything like GUNK or dirt in the long, slim hole on the bottom of your ipod.If there is... get a paperclip, or JUST BLOW REALLY HARD into there. get that junk out of there!!2. Do the same for your USB cable on BOTH SIDES.3. If none of these work, buy a new cable.
Look at the ends of the cables. USB 2.0 cables have rectangular shaped, flatter ends. USB 1.0 cables have thick square ends.2 Test data transfer speed. Connect a device with each cable and try to move files back and forth from the device and your computer. A USB 2.0 cable is up to 40 times faster at transferring data.3 Recall when you received each cable. USB 2.0 cables are the new standard as of 2001, so any USB 1.0 cable you have most likely came with a pre-2001 device.
first i list my references: me (i have a PSP) Steps for USB cable: 1)first you need the rite USB cable 2)now you nead to look at the to of your PSP there are 3 holes 3)now chose the 2nd hole 4)insert the small end of the cable in the hole 5)insert the fat end into your laptop or home computer (any computer will work) 6)go to SETTINGS on your PSP 7)go one down from it an you should com to a tab that says "USB Connection" 8)go there 9)on your computer a file should come up 10)you are now done
Yes. Its the same shape for both, just that the 3.0 device will not swap data as fast as if it were plugged into a a compatable 3.0 USB port. In other words, the USB 3.0 device will run as if were a 2.0 USB connection with no problem. vvkrolc
It is highly unlikely that the PS3's system software supports your USB cable modem. If at all possible, use an Ethernet cable instead.
