If you're referring to the Stephenie Meyer book, The Host, she said she'd like to make a trilogy of books with the first sequel titled The Seeker & the next titled The Soul, however she said this in 2009 & as of November 2017, there is no sign of additional novels with the exception of a 2013 tweet by a second hand party saying Meyer confirmed she is working on a sequel to The Host, although that was still years ago so who knows.
If by chance you're referring to the 2006 South Korean monster movie, The Host, a sequel was said to be in the works but there has been no news of it since 2007 so it has likely been cancelled.
Also in November 2008 an American remake was said to be in the works but there has been no production news on that since November 2012 so it has also most likely been cancelled.
