In 2016, Galen T. Chu, co-director of Collision Course said there are "some ideas" for another installment, but nothing has been greenlit so as of October 2017, there are no more movies in the works. If one does happen it wouldn't be released until 2020 or 2021 at the soonest considering the length of time between the others.

In December of 2013, Ice Age 5 was confirmed for a release on July 15th 2016.

Providing number 5 is financially successful, it is possible the 6th film could have a release date of 2019.

Naturally though, as of April 2014, there is no reason to believe there will even be a Ice Age 6, so your question is impossible to answer with any certainty.
